We use moisture-resistant, vacuum-sealed packaging and insulated liners for our fresh varieties. All orders are packed with food-grade cooling packs to ensure they arrive at your door in peak condition.
What is the shelf life of your noodle products?
Our dried noodles typically have a shelf life of 12 months. Our fresh, handcrafted noodles should be consumed within 7 days of arrival or can be frozen for up to 3 months.
Do you offer gluten-free or vegan options?
Yes! We have a dedicated 'Specialty' collection featuring brown rice noodles, chickpea flour varieties, and egg-free vegan options to cater to all dietary needs.
How long will it take for my order to arrive?
Standard shipping usually takes 3-5 business days. We also offer expedited 2-day shipping for customers who want to enjoy their noodles as quickly as possible.
What is your return policy for food items?
Due to the perishable nature of our products, we cannot accept returns. However, if your order arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us within 48 hours for a full refund or replacement.
